Job Description

This position would be part of Corporate Talent Acquisition Team based out of Andheri East, Mumbai.


Responsibilities:

  • Identification and development of candidate talent pools and devise a strategy to effectively engage with them
  • Develop candidate talent pipeline through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
  • Undertake employer branding initiatives and benchmarking with best practices in the industry to develop the organization as an Employer of Choice
  • Identify suitable channels for advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates, and liaise with relevant stakeholders for the same (including newspapers, magazines, online job portals, etc.)
  • On-boarding process - focusing on joining formalities, orientation trainings, etc. and monitor adherence to the same across the organization
  • Identify opportunities to drive cost efficiency of the recruitment process at periodic intervals
  • Analyze trends in external market including hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback to recommend changes, improvements, solutions for the organization's recruitment strategies
  • Drive Employee Engagement
  • Assist the Lead L&D in on-going projects
