Job Objective:

  • Drive revenue achievement for the Modern trade segment through aggressive market development, effective relationship management and by building a robust Sales & Distribution infrastructure.

Job Description

  • Handling Direct Accounts like Reliance retail, ABRL Super/Hyper, Metro Cash & Carry, Booker Cash & Carry, Hyper city, Tesco, Bharti Walmart for Bangalore region.
  • Servicing of PO's, supply chain and coordination for Stocks and Monthly promotions at the account level.
  • Ensuring 100% fill rates to accounts. Reconciliation of Budgets/ Invoices and merchandising cost for accounts, with coordination from Accounts and Finance team.
  • Distributor management - establishing terms of business, periodic performance evaluation, setting expectations on fill rates, service levels, ROI etc
  • Analyze internal and external data sets to make robust growth plans.
  • Identify trends from the data, quantify - sources of growth, correlate business growth with market intelligence and make SMART plans.
