Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing and monitoring waste management and rain water harvesting projects, preparing reports, documentation, training and capacity building, conducting awareness campaigns
• Hands-on experience working at the taluka/village level and also coordinating with urban sectors/metro cities, govt officials, external stakeholders, etc, handling CSR projects
• Especially coordinate, and liaise at ULBs
• Fluency in the local language, command of English, good communication and presentation skills, basic knowledge of computers, expertise in developing training and engagement programs as per project requirements at various levels, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Local geographical knowledge, flexibility, and adaptability for working at the ULB level as well as slum/village level

• Graduate
• Environment-related PG, MSW
• 22 to 30 Years age group
• Environment, solid waste management, CSR, development sector
• working at ULB level, govt. advocacy, planning, execution, and monitoring of projects in plastic management, preparing reports and documentation, communication
